In an abduction or kidnapping situation, it is highly likely that the attacker intends to rape, kill, or worse, both. As scary as the idea of fighting back is or may seem, the potential for pain and injury, know that it is worse if they take you to a second or third location.
Stranger abduction and rape are statistically less likely, than from someone you know. If someone is a stranger trying to kidnap or abduct you, then they either are or likely will be a serial kidnapper or rapist, and potentially murderer.
Your bravery in fighting back increases the chance of saving your life, and potentially saves the lives of other women and children in the future. Additionally, fighting for your life inspires other women and girls to fight for theirs, so more return home safe to their families and friends.
The video on the left is footage of an 11-year old girl who fought and saved her life from a 30-year old male attacker.
